1.Responsible for event planning and execution of on-site events, including conferences, gatherings, seminars, and networking events;

2.Develop comprehensive event plans (venue selection, logistical coordination - catering, transportation, lodging, and on-site support, etc.), timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals;

3.Work with internal teams, external partners and sponsors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events;

4.Working closely with the marketing team to develop event branding, collateral materials and marketing strategies to maximize attendance and visibility.
